Eucalyptus and Peppermint essential oils have been traditionally used in aromatherapy to help relieve symptoms of cold and flu including, mucous congestion, sinusitis, mild upper respiratory infections and bronchial coughs.

Cedrus Atlantica (Organic Cedarwood) Bark Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus (Organic Eucalyptus) Leaf Oil, Citrus Limon (Organic Lemon) Peel Oil, Mentha Piperita (Organic Peppermint) Oil.

Mist Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to water chamber.

Vapouriser: Add 8-10 drops to heated recessed bowl.

Topically: Use 2.5% dilution in a carrier oil.
