For example; Product listing says: Economy Shipping Leaves warehouse within 1-3 business days Selected items will usually leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. After your item is shipped, please allow another 2-5 business days for metro delivery or 4-7 business days for regional areas for your order to arrive.

  • This equals a total of 3-8 business days (excluding weekends) or a total of 5-12 calendar days.
  • Or for regional areas, a total of 5-10 business days or a total of 7-14 calendar days.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $99 on non-bulky items.

The product will ship after this time frame and take an additional amount of time to be delivered to you. If you have chosen click and collect, the item will be shipped to either the Dandenong or Richmond location and you will be sent a text and email once it arrives at the designated store.

If you order multiple items of products from different categories or brands it is possible that your items may be shipped from different locations, therefore may arrive at different times.

We deliver products Australia wide using AUSTRALIA POST E Parcel (for small items) and TFM Express (for bulky items). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. If you are unable to add shipping to your order, you may need to get in touch with us to arrange a freight quotation.

Each product listing has a Shipping Calculator which you can use to check the freight cost on that item. Once your order has been paid, picked and packed you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can follow on either the Australia Post or TFM Express website to monitor it's movement.

Bulky items
The driver will require a signature upon delivery otherwise the goods will be returned to the depot requiring a re delivery charge to be paid by the customer (determined by each individual depot). The goods can be left at the door with no signature, however, authorization must be provided at the time of the order under ‘customer instructions’ on the checkout page.. FIND Boardsports will take no responsibility for items left without signature.

Click & Collect
If you have selected Click & Collect for your order, you will be notified by email and via text when your order is ready for pick up from our retail store at 28 South Link, Dandenong South. Please note that all click & collect orders will be at the store for a maximum of 4 weeks ready for pick up. If you do not collect in this time frame, you will be issued with a store credit and the item will be put back on the shelf. The $5 processing and handling fee charged at checkout is non refundable.
